Vin Diesel’s Black Bolt just might debut in Dr. Strange 2!
Dr. Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is clearly strengthening its hype as people now speculate Vin Diesel might just debut his Black Bolt in the MCU.
We love Vin Diesel as Groot already.
Apparently, Diesel is highly interested in keeping the possibility of playing Black Bolt.
For quite some time Diesel has been in the running to play the Inhuman Royalty.
Stan Lee and Jack Kirby created the character Black Bolt who first appeared in Fantastic Four #45 in December 1965.
Black Bolt belongs to the Inhuman race that is the descendant of prehistoric Kree-experimented humans.
During prehistoric times, the extraterrestrial race Kree experimented on humans changing their genetic code.
This change enabled the subjects to gain superhuman abilities through a process known as Terrigenesis.
Eventually, these prehistoric humans became the first Inhumans.
Black Bolt is the leader of the Inhuman Royal Family and King to the Inhumans of Attilan.
In the beginning, he was a prince reluctant to assume the throne but eventually stepped up after catastrophic events.
His brother, Maximus, is a younger prince who has always wanted the kingdom for himself.
Black Bolt had heightened his abilities after his Terrigenasis from strength, durability, stamina, telepathy to gaining hypersonic voice.
His voice can destroy structures with just an uttered word.
After Maximus’ rebellion, the Royal Family fled to Earth.
Vin Diesel’s Black Bolt Just Might Debut In Dr. Strange 2
The Inhumans appeared in Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and in 2017 has its own series under their own name.
Scott Buck created the series for television on ABC.
The action, adventure, sci-fi series starred Anson Mount as Black Bolt.
Despite the series’ potential, it performed rather disappointingly in its IMAX premier and whole season run.
However, fans were still hopeful that the series would improve.
That is until ABC officially canceled the Inhumans after the first season.
Marvel shelved all succeeding plans for the Inhumans after the television series.
But, the recent flow of MCU story progression provides another chance.
Dr. Strange 2 ushers all possibilities in.
As mentioned in other articles, MCU has secured a storyline that paves a clear way for all other Marvel characters to come in.
Legalities and ownerships aside, MCU now has the easy way in for the characters to come home.
MCU is utilizing not only the multiverse but also variants, time travel and quantum realm.
Vin Diesel As Black Bolt?

Furthermore, they have also touched the Celestial Mythos.
It is now a matter of storytelling.
And Kevin Feige is above it all.
With word going around that Dr. Strange 2 will bring in several cameos and What If…? characters, who is to say that Black Bolt might not appear in the movie?
Black Bolt could even be played by any actor at this point.
One or two versions of the character can even appear, who knows?
Vin Diesel leads the names on Black Bolt’s list because:
One, he has already been actively working on getting it.
Two, he is already in the actors roster for MCU through his voice for Groot.
If anything, Vin Diesel already has one foot in.
So now, people are asking if Vin Diesel’s Black Bolt will finally show up in Dr. Strange 2.
