MCU Deadpool 3 is already looking fantastic bringing Hugh Jackman back as Wolverine, but now it might bring Howard the Duck along too. Ryan Reynolds is taking the cake and frosting it too.
According to Giant Freakin Robot, the extraterrestrial anthropomorphic duck will appear in the third instalment of the franchise featuring the Merc with a Mouth. For those asking what happened to Howard after Avengers: Endgame, the queries may get their answer sooner rather than later.

Although, the intensity of his participation remains unclear. Initially, Howard the Duck was one of Collector’s items in the 2014 Guardians of the Galaxy. Then he dated a lady in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. After the Blip, Howard got to Earth 616 to take part in the battle against Thanos. Kieran Murphy uploaded the three scenes on YouTube.
Whatever happened to him since then will be up in Deadpool 3 should we see him exchange dialogues with Reynolds’ eponymous wisecracker. Howard the Duck seems to be very durable and it could very well be his super abilities. Such a characteristic may just be useful for Wade’s whatever plot. While some may think this team up would be bizarre, it may actually just be natural. Considering Deadpool is a character who is aware that he is a character in a movie, Howard can chime in on that narrative easily.
Howard the Duck has come a long way from the first pages of comics that writer Steve Gerber and artist Val Mayerik created. Interestingly, his misadventures began in issue #19 of Adventure into Fear in Decemer 1973. Most of his stories revolve around the fact that he is an ill-tempered individual trapped on Earth. His anger issues come from the idea that he is ‘Trapped In a World He Never Made!’

Somehow, we see Deadpool spin Howard’s misadventures to become all about Deadpool. Besides, Deadpool has that among his super abilities. Other than Howard the Duck, people are also talking about the possibility that James Marsden and Halle Berry are in negotiations to reprise their mutant roles Cyclops and Storm, respectively.
Just by these, it seems that Deadpool is finally getting his dream of bringing the X-Men in his movie. We know how long his romance with Logan has been going on. Howard the Duck or no Howard the Duck, we are just glad that things are happening and picking up its pace for the production of the movie.
