It’s definitely the best time to be a comic book fan nowadays. This is one of the spoilers we welcome reading about. As we have been writing and reading about this for months and hoped for it for years. Finally, Cavill is back in the DCEU and Johnson is The Rock that welcomed the Man of Steel.
Henry Cavill Is Back And Man Of Steel 2 Is Entitled Superman
Superman fans have been wanting to see the character back in the big screen, now the Kryptonian will soon fly again. Small Screen wrote an article yesterday that Mikey Sutton revealed in Syl Abul’s YouTube channel that Man of Steel 2 will happen. Furthermore, the title of the sequel will simply be Superman. Johnson has been working on this for years. And now, everything is falling in to place.
As what Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has said:
What I really meant by, ‘This is a new era in the DC Universe,’ is listening to the fans. And doing our best to give the fans what they want.
Of course, Cavill is on board with the sequel plans. Sutton said:
Cavill is really for this. He really wants this movie to be called Superman as well. He wants his Christopher Reeves moment. And if you think about, Syl, there’s never been a movie called Superman.
While the world may think otherwise because Wikipedia says Christopher Reeve’s 1978 movie is Superman, the complete title of the film was Superman The Movie. In fact the image poster on the site’s article does state Superman The Movie.

Earlier today, comicbookmovie featured Johnson welcoming the superhero back through Entertainment Tonight’s interview. Johnson said:
We’ve established Black Adam as the most powerful and unstoppable force on our planet, but the fans have been so passionate about—as we have been—’Where is the most unstoppable force in the universe? Where is he?’ Well, just like I fought hard for ‘Black Adam’ for 15 years, Dany [Garcia] has been fighting for six years, Hiram [Garcia] has been fighting for six years, 15 years, we’ve all been fighting for this moment. So, I will say this: Welcome home.
