IGN uploads the official trailer with the following description:

The mayhem and madness continue in season three of this biting and uproarious adult animated comedy series. Wrapping up their “Eat. Bang! Kill. Tour,” Harley Quinn (Kaley Cuoco) and Poison Ivy (Lake Bell) return to Gotham as the new power couple of DC villainy. Along with their ragtag crew – King Shark (Ron Funches), Clayface (Alan Tudyk), Frank the Plant (JB Smoove) – “Harlivy” strives to become the best version of themselves while also working towards Ivy’s long-desired plan of transforming Gotham into an Eden paradise. The third season of Harley Quinn debuts with three episodes on Thursday, July 28 on HBO Max, followed by one episode weekly through September 15.

From the trailer alone, there is so much to unpack. Right off the bat they show their perhaps unpermitted use of Wonder Woman’s invisible jet. Then several characters are in the clip from Amanda Waller to Batman getting frisky with Catwoman, The Joker and even James Gunn just to name a few. What shenanigans are these misfits up to? That we cannot even begin to imagine.

Does one actually dare to understand how Harley Quinn’s mind works? Leave it to Ivy to vine through her convoluted ideas. As it’s in the comics for quite a while now, the two have a long-standing mutually stabilizing relationship. Harley sure needs one after the wreck she has been with Joker.

Are you ready for the newest villainous lovebirds on the DC animated universe? Head on to HBO Max this July. In the meantime, catch up with the first and second seasons while waiting.
