Simon Pegg and Minnie Driver are already on board for the dark comedy movie Nandor Fodor and the Talking Mongoose. The aforementioned movie is from filmmaker Adam Sigal. Reportedly, it will follow Pegg’s Nandor Fodor and his search to discover the real Talking Mongoose.
According to Deadline, the movie is based on true events is about a Hungarian-American psychoanalyst, Nandor Fodor. Pegg will be Nandor Fodor searching for “Gef”, the Talking Mongoose. Minnie Driver will be Fodor’s assistant, Anne. She journeys with Fodor into uncharted territory.

Joining Pegg and Driver as cast are Tim Downie, Ruth Connell, Paul Kaye, Gary Beadle and Drew Moerlin.
Producers of the movie are Sasha Yelaun, Dominic Burns with Karl Hall and Matt Willians for Future Artists Entertainment. Executive producers are Legion M, Tip-Top Productions, Chelsea Newell, James Di Giacomo, Danny Bohnen, Rob Gillivray and Ben Stranaha.

Pegg co-created and starred in Edgar Wright’s Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz and The Worlds End. He portrayed Scotty in the most recent Star Trek films. In addition, he is also Benji Dunn in Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning 1 and 2.
Driver is an Academy Award nominee for her role in Good Will Hunting. Her other projects include Cinderella, Beyond the Lights, Conviction, Ella Enchanted, Hope Springs, Grosse Pointe Blank and Sleepers. She appeared on television in Starstruck, Modern Love, Will & Grace, SuperMansion and Speechless.
